The overlay functions in Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
are considered as one of the basic functions of these systems,
and often, a variety of data stored in layers may be integrated
together to generate new layers that contain useful information for
decision-makers. All geographic objects are stored in layers and
usually rely on crisp set theory, whether, stored in a vector or
raster format. In many cases, boundaries of classes or objects are
not clearly defined, or when we perform classification of features
into classes, the geographic objects located in the boundaries of
classes could be classified into the wrong class. This research
aims to develop overlay functions methodology based on fuzzy
logic, reclassify the objects into fuzzy classes, and study the
usability of this method to integrate data of specific phenomenon
to help make optimal decisions. To implement and examine this
idea, a set of Fuzzy Membership Functions was developed using
the Python programming language embedded within the ArcGIS
environment. Through this Fuzzy Membership Functions, the user
can generate fuzzy sets and combine with each other according
to one of fuzzy operations, and thus the generation of fuzzy sets allows supporting the right and reliable decision. To test the
proposed fuzzy model capabilities, it has been applied in Tartous
governorate to select suitable tourist facility sites in accordance
with groups of factors. In summary, data integration using

In this paper, we present two new methods for finding
the numerical solutions of systems of the nonlinear equations
F(X) 0 , where n n F : . The basic idea depend on
founding relationship between minimum of a function and the
solution of systems of the nonlinear equations. The first method
seeks the numerical solution with a sequence of search
directions, which is depended on gradient and Hessian matrix of
function, while the second method is based on a sequence of
conjugate search directions. The study shows that our two
methods are convergent, and they can find exact solutions for
quadratic functions, so they can find high accurate solutions for
over quadratic functions. The purposed two algorithms are
programmed by Mathematica Version9. The approximate
solutions of some test problems are given. Comparisons of our
results with other methods illustrate the efficiency and highly
accurate of our suggested methods.

The integration of renewable energy systems and the electrical power system has a great interest both in academia and industry. In recent years the main goal of all researchers has been to implement a smart grid that allows each house to meet its special needs of energy from renewable energy sources, such as solar or wind. As a result of the evolution of the control and surveillance systems that rely on the collection of data in real time and energy management and control of the renewable energy systems based on the performance of the telecommunication infrastructure, the process of providing energy from renewable energy sources for each home has become possible.
This paper focuses on the analysis and evaluation of performance of a control and surveillance network using both wired and wireless technologies (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, ZigBee) to monitor and control distributed Energy Systems, which include small wind turbines (WTs) photovoltaic systems (PV), through the definition of different types of wiring and instrument to monitor the status of renewable energy systems for homes and smart buildings using OPNET.

Use of smart networks in the management of distributed power systems – Dr. Fidel Ibrahim
Vehicles while on the move request different information in VANET, by enabling communications between vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V), and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) by using a pervasive deployment of vehicular networking technologies.
This would have an unprecedented impact on mass road transportation and on huge services for the VANETs applications.
In this article, a review study was made to find out the procedures which can be used to insure the transfer of information via VANET networks over high ways traveling vehicles and to clarify the challenges appear when information processed. Flowcharts were put for transferring requests and for applying queries especially when p2p is applied for connection between networks.
The article presented also a study of the protocols which are used for transfer queries between similar nodes by using different methods and techniques. Results and conclusion were put.

Information processing in the VANET network when used on highways – Dr. Fidel Ibrahim
Current wireless sensor networks (WSNs) require effective network simulation methodologies and embedded software performance analysis because of the increasing complexity and low power constraints imposed on these networks, as well as the security feature they should have for using sensitive data in undesirable and hostile environments.
This article includes a methodology for security analysis in wireless sensor networks through the design of a built-in firewall or a set of countermeasures. This is done by modeling the attacker and simulating the attack with the performance analysis (node execution time and power consumption estimate taking into account the spread of the network components and the topology) after examining three different types of attacks that mimic most attacks on wsn, It is capable of designing hardware devices, software programs, and basic wireless channels.
The planned simulation provides developers with necessary information about the effects of a single attack or a series of multiple attacks on the network, helping them develop more secure wireless sensor systems, and the WSN attack simulator is an essential element of the built-in anti-malware development strategy Of the attack put forward in this research.

Some of the food is a source of energy and at the same time has a variety of satisfactory
medical prosperities, so it became necessary to search for these materials and conduct studies on
them. Perhaps honey and royal jelly are the most important nutrients and medical that have been
used since ancient times. They are considered as a cosmic miracle because they contain the
antioxidants that contribute to the prevention of the mutant effects caused by chemical drugs. So
it is very important to illustrate the ability of honey with royal jelly in mitigating or eliminating
the toxic side effects caused by the Adriamycin. the drug, which is one of the most popular
anticancer drugs. From these side effects are the alteration of the cellular and histological
structure in the ovary, the disturbances of the ovarian sexual hormones and the menstrual
disturbance that lead sometimes too early menopause and weakness in the reproductive capacity.
As a result of this research honey and royal jelly have a clear role in maintaining the vitality of
the ovary cells against the impact of these side effects. hence they contribute in maintaining the
hormonal balance and getting rid of hormonal disorder of the ovary and increasing significantly
the number of ovulation and the fertility rate, in addition to raising the embryonic safety rates and preventing them of death

The natural pharmacological products are considered now of the dependable products in
the treatment of many diseases under the name alterable medicine, due to its natural compounds
which are without side effects although of their ability to treat the side effects of the chemical
pharmacological products. One of the most important products is the Extract of the Ginseng
roots plant, which is considered one of the most herbal drugs, spread in the East of Asia, and
considered in 1990 inside the complementary foods, used in the treatment of infertility (atocia)
cases and the hormonal disturbances resulting from the menopause. Hence, the importance of
this study is to illustrate the profitability of this plant in the treatment of the negative side
effects of Adriamycin, which is considered one of the most used anti-cancer drugs, especially
its effect on the mature follicles and the corpus luteum that have the big effect on the activity
and the ovarian physiology, as a result of menstrual disturbances and infertility in women
who received this drug. This study showed the importance of the Ginseng roots in the
maintenance of the normal levels of ovarian hormones, despite the toxicity of this drug,
consequently the increase in number of ovulation stages, and the increase in the fertility level
about 23.5% , and the recompensation of the decrease that results of the toxic effect of ton the follicular cells

The chemical substances used in cancerous tumors treatments are considered to be one of
the cytotoxic oriented to the rapid division cells. Adriamycin is One of the most anti-cancer
drugs used in cancerous tumors treatment, particularly in breast cancer which spread increasingly
in Aleppo (2010 static). although this drug is the least cytotoxic comparison with other drugs, the
identification of its cytotoxicity and the histological side effects still need much work to do.
Accordingly, this study illustrates the negative impacts caused by the drug on the histological
structure of ovaries and especially the mature ovarian follicles, the most effective of which plays
a principal role in the activity of the ovary and the organization of the sex hormones. This study
has shown the effected of Adriamycin in the cell and histological stricture, and the activity of the
granulosa cells division in the ovary, the karyorrhexis of nuclei in granulosa cells, shrinkage of
cytoplasm and structure, reduction in the activity of its division, loss of its interactions, and some
alteration in the theca structure. These alterations have shown also in the structure of the egg in
the mature follicle, absence of nuclei and regression of both, the cellular membrane and the cytoplasm.
